Job description
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Control / Sales Ledger Assistant for an expanding company based in HU5.
This is a part time role for a period of 3 months initially with the prospect of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities include.
- Preparing the weekly overdue reports
- Collecting Payments from customers
- Building a relationship with customers to enhance the credit control function.
- Prepare Sales invoices for various entities across the Group.
- Ensure the sales ledger is kept well maintained.
- General support to the finance team.
As well as experience in credit control and sales ledger you will also need.
- Good I.T skills particularly Microsoft Excel
- To be able to work on your own as well as be an integral part of the team
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business
